We bake high hydration, slow fermentation sourdough bread using flour from our local mills. We mix everything by hand and make everything with love in small batches in our 2 Rofco b40 ovens. Our microbakery is open every Saturday for fresh loaves, good coffee, ceramics, cider, natural wines and sweet baked goods.
Above the bakery we run a guesthouse with 2 spacious rooms for up to 4 people. Each room has its own living room, bedroom, bathroom and overlooks the canal.
